Check out Parellax (www.parellax.com). We develop and sell a full ERP suite currently on Developer 6i / 10g and Oracle 10g R1 (we're holding off on R2 because of an XML bug, not a Forms issue).
We do all development in Developer 6i. We use automated tools to automatically upgrade and recompile on 10g. We've made some mods to the 6i base in order to work better with 10g (ie. we have eliminated the Oracle Reports parameter forms and instead use a form built on Oracle Forms).
Upshot is that we can easily deploy for one customer on 6i C/S, a second on 10g Web Based, and a third in a hybrid model with remote users and Mac users on 10g Web and local users on 6i (to minimize license costs.)
If you're interested please contact me at michael.friedman@parellax.com. I don't mind giving you some tips and scripts for free. IF you want real help implementing this, well, our technical staff are Chinese so rates are quite low compared to US based people...
